As part of our Drafting/Design department, you will support the production of custom shop drawings for Superior Walls, a premier precast concrete foundation system. About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team in Vineland, NJ. In this role, you will be the bridge between architectural concepts and physical construction, translating plans into accurate shop drawings that drive our production process. You will work closely with sales, engineering, production, and field teams to ensure every drawing is not only precise but also buildable.
Your day will involve interpreting construction documents and site plans, modifying existing drawings based on customer revisions, and maintaining our drawing libraries. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of foundation plans and structural layouts, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and local building codes.
