Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output
- check_circlePrepare teams to execute work using defined planning processes
- check_circleTrack time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets
- check_circleCommunicate project status timely and accurately to all appropriate parties
- check_circleIdentify obstacles and opportunities within project phases
- check_circleEnsure project execution goals are met for assigned portions of work

Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor
- verifiedSelf-perform experience of concrete is required
- verifiedIn depth knowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over 1 million dollars
- verifiedKnowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred
