Key Responsibilities
- check_circleHandle tenant complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- check_circleEnsure all building mechanical systems are in proper working order
- check_circleMaintain building water lines and ensure regular cleaning
- check_circleEstablish preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and tools
- check_circleSupervise facility administration including budget preparation and work schedules
- check_circleMaintain fire protection and security systems including inspections and documentation
- check_circleManage contracts for service providers including security and cleaning
- check_circleManage and coordinate short-term and emergency repairs for electrical and plumbing
- check_circleDevelop and maintain resource management plans for repairs and maintenance
- check_circleSupervise on-site building staff including maintenance, concierge, and vendors
- check_circleEnsure facilities meet NYC regulations, building codes, and safety standards
