Saint Ignatius College Prep is seeking four Summer Operations Workers to join our Operations team for the summer of 2026. This temporary, full-time role is designed to support the maintenance and upkeep of our school buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our community.
Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, you will assist custodial and maintenance staff with a variety of tasks including cleaning, painting, light landscaping, and campus improvement projects. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to contribute to the physical well-being of the campus while gaining hands-on experience in facility operations.
We are looking for reliable team members who are at least 16 years old and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
While previous experience with maintenance, custodial work, or landscaping is preferred, we are committed to providing training as needed. We particularly encourage students receiving financial aid to apply. Success in this role requires the ability to follow instructions efficiently, basic mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
