Custodian Services - Night, Full Time

About the Role

This full-time night-shift custodial position is vital to maintaining the Hallsville Public School District's mission of providing a safe, functional, and distraction-free environment for its educational program. The custodian ensures that assigned areas and buildings remain clean, secure, and operational, directly supporting the district's vision by presenting a positive image to the public, guests, and visitors.

The role extends beyond routine cleaning; it involves actively supporting curricular and extracurricular events, maintaining inventory of supplies, and implementing PBIS strategies to foster a safe and respectful learning environment for students. The custodian must be available for emergency clean-up or maintenance outside of regular hours to ensure the building remains ready for the school day.
