Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor subcontractor performance for conformance to subcontract terms and conditions
- check_circlePrepare solicitation documents including statements of work, terms, and evaluation factors
- check_circleReview technical and cost proposals and resolve supplier exceptions with program teams
- check_circleConsult with Legal, Technical, Financial, and Managerial staff on subcontract awards
- check_circlePrepare cost analysis, price analysis, negotiation memos, and required written reports
- check_circleMaintain CPSR compliant subcontract files and resolve invoice issues
- check_circleLead and coordinate subcontracting activities with internal and external sources
- check_circlePresent briefings to Programs and Management on subcontracting matters
- check_circleDrive Zero Defect initiatives and ensure timely receipt of subcontractor deliverables
- check_circleEnsure compliance with industry, government, and internal BAE Systems policies
- check_circleAdminister high-risk and high-complexity subcontracts from initiation to completion
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree
- verified4+ years of work experience
- verifiedExperience in a large multifaceted electronic manufacturing environment
- verifiedFamiliarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
- verifiedKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures, FAR/DFAR
- verifiedProficient use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- verifiedSecret clearance or secret eligible
