About the Role
As the Studio Manager for our Severna Park location, you will be the face of FS8. This role is designed to lead day-to-day operations while actively coaching classes, growing a strong member base, and building an inclusive, high-energy studio culture. You will bridge the gap between operational excellence and community building, ensuring every member feels welcomed and empowered.
In this position, you will not only oversee scheduling, staff coverage, and studio cleanliness but also drive local marketing and membership conversions. Your day will involve fostering a welcoming environment that promotes connection and retention, while simultaneously managing performance metrics to meet studio growth targets. You will be responsible for maintaining top-notch equipment and safety protocols, ensuring the studio remains a premier destination for fitness enthusiasts.
