About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Managing Director or Director to join our North American Structure Finance & Products team. This role sits at the forefront of originating and structuring asset-based investments across a variety of commercial and consumer sectors. You will drive the entire deal lifecycle, from initial business development and counterparty negotiation to building comprehensive cashflow models and overseeing legal documentation. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities and staying abreast of market trends to shape the firm's strategic direction.
