As a Structural Designer EIT, you will start your career in a collaborative environment focused on production efficiency, constructability, and real-world application. Based in our McKinney, TX office (with open hybrid opportunities), you will support senior engineers in designing structural systems for multifamily, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. This role offers hands-on experience while you learn our production-focused approach to design.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. Experience with or interest in building design. Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Structural Design, or the ability and interest to pursue future certification. Experience with or exposure to translating design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
Skills: Revit, Bluebeam, Risa, Etabs, International Building Code, Asce 7, Aci, Aisc, NDS, Engineer-In-Training.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited university.
