As a Registered Nurse at Monument Health, you will facilitate relationship-centered, compassionate, and quality care through competent clinical practice. You will apply the healing and science of professional nursing to make a difference every day.
You will be an active contributor in the prevention or resolution of illness, disability, or injury, as well as the alleviation of suffering. Working in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers, family members, and support systems, you will exercise independent judgment to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care. Your work will align with ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice, institutional policies, and applicable laws.
