About the Role

The Strategy & Transformation Analyst is a pivotal role designed to support enterprise strategic and operational initiatives that align with organizational priorities. This position exists to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and actionable execution. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to clarify goals, review opportunities, and develop practical recommendations that translate strategy into results.

In this role, you will bring analytical methods and structured problem-solving to transformation initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities are clearly defined, supported by data, and effectively executed. Your day-to-day involves supporting the design and implementation of transformation projects, facilitating process workshops, and synthesizing complex data to inform leadership decisions. You will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring initiatives progress toward intended business outcomes while maintaining transparency and alignment across the organization.
