This position serves as a Strategy and Future Concepts Analyst supporting the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate (A4C). You will work closely with Air Force senior leaders to facilitate strategic initiatives and future concepts plans. The role is pivotal in bridging high-level strategy with operational execution, ensuring that strategic plans remain current and aligned with the evolving needs of the Department of Defense.
In this capacity, you will coordinate and develop governance documents, action plans, and issue resolutions under program management oversight. You will synthesize complex data into professional reports and present findings to General Officer Steering Groups, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), and other key stakeholders. A significant portion of your day will involve leading and facilitating IPTs through training and group planning activities, ranging from energy exchange planning to adaptive basing teleconferences. You will also engage with strategic partners across FEMP, OSD, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Agile Combat Support community to ensure continuity of efforts.
This position is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work schedule. Successful candidates are expected to spend three days per week working onsite at the Pentagon.
