We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Operations & Policy Analyst to join our team in support of the TSA's Vetting Analysis Division (VAD). In this role, you will lead high-visibility initiatives that strengthen and streamline key operations across vetting and adjudication programs critical to safeguarding our nation's transportation systems.
You will work at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, legal policy development, and strategic planning. Your insights will help drive performance, shape policy, and support decision-makers at the highest levels. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedActive Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
- verifiedBachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- verifiedMinimum of five (5) years of experience in business process-related roles
- verifiedKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- verifiedFamiliarity with project management tools and best practices
- verifiedUnderstanding of policy and regulatory development processes
Nice to Have
Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean Certification). Technical Certifications, such as ITIL or other relevant credentials.
