About the Role
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / SW Developer to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Joint Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) mission. This role is critical in enabling combat forces to access immediate battlefield information by providing broad systems engineering and administration support for the C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure. You will ensure the secure and efficient operation of global transport systems across diverse network environments.
Located at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, you will function as a technical expert driving the strategic development of engineering strategies for advanced technological solutions. Your work will involve leading on-site systems engineering efforts, overseeing the design and deployment of complex C2ISR hardware and software systems in classified environments, and managing secure enterprise cross-domains at AISR data dissemination hubs. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and shape the resilience of mission-critical capabilities.
