Software Developer

About the Role

ManTech International is seeking a Software Developer to support mission-critical Defense & Aerospace programs within our Information Technology (IT) department. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions that enable U.S. intelligence, Department of Defense (DoD), and federal agencies to accomplish national security objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cyber, systems, and mission stakeholders to implement modern architectures and integrate applications into both classified and unclassified environments. Your work will directly contribute to the security and reliability of systems that protect our nation, adhering to rigorous security and compliance standards while supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess an Active or attainable DoD Secret or TS/SCI security clearance to participate in the interview process.
