This role sits within the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) division, where you will collaborate with Government and contractor teams across development, integration, and readiness environments to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
About the Role
This position is remote and requires an active Secret security clearance. You will serve as a key contributor to the design, development, and integration of AI/ML models and algorithms that support Government operational systems. The role exists to bridge the gap between advanced machine learning capabilities and secure, compliant DoD architectures.
In this capacity, you will prepare and structure data for machine learning pipelines, implement model monitoring and performance validation, and ensure the traceability and reproducibility of AI artifacts. You will integrate AI/ML capabilities into software applications using APIs and microservices while supporting DevSecOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment. A critical part of your day involves ensuring all solutions comply with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and Responsible AI policies, as well as supporting system accreditation and documentation activities.

Requirements

- verified5 years of experience in the functional area
- verified3 years of experience designing, developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- verified3 years of experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, and supporting languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C++)
- verified3 years demonstrated experience of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation techniques, and feature engineering
- verified3 years of experience testing web-based applications
- verified3 years of experience participating in software development programs or projects
- verified5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab
