The Strategic Account Manager serves as the vital link between Yorktel and our enterprise clients, driving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. This role is accountable for the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial client contact and needs assessment to the successful closure of product and service delivery.
You will operate with a relationship and solution-based approach, presenting Yorktel's audio-visual, managed services, and voice integration offerings to both existing and prospective customers. Beyond sales, you will play a major role in directing how Yorktel products are customized and deployed to meet specific client solutions. This position requires translating complex technical concepts for non-technical buyers and making recommendations that influence the design and development of our service offerings.
Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales for North America, you will work closely with various internal departments—including Operations, Engineering, and Marketing—to identify opportunities, deploy service offerings, and lead strategic engagements with major customers. Success in this role demands a net-profit mentality, superior negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex conflicts while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
