As a Welocalize Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic advocate for our key clients, bridging the gap between customer goals and our global service capabilities. This role is designed to cultivate long-term partnerships by leveraging deep subject matter expertise to create value-based solutions that drive growth and lifetime value.
You will operate within a Strategic Account Management Framework, acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex client landscapes, identifying evolving needs, and collaborating with specialized squads to deliver optimal solutions. From managing contract negotiations and forecasting bookings to resolving business-critical escalations, you will ensure alignment with the client's long-term strategy while championing their success within the organization.
