We are seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level customers. This role is distinct in its focus on deepening relationships and expanding share of wallet within existing accounts, rather than new business development.
The ideal candidate is a polished client-facing professional who excels at executive-level relationship management, strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to expand logistics solutions within large organizations. As the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, you will ensure exceptional service delivery while driving revenue growth across the account portfolio.
Your day-to-day involves leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning discussions with senior stakeholders. You will present performance reporting and operational insights to identify opportunities for lane and modal expansion, as well as cross-selling services across both asset-based and brokerage capabilities. By acting as the internal advocate for assigned accounts, you will collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to deliver on customer commitments and ensure high-level service execution.
