About the Role
This 12-week program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of store operations, marketing, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain management, financial analysis, and human resources. You will engage in job shadowing with store management, complete a designated retail project, and experience the dynamics of working as part of an effective team.
Throughout the program, you will gain a deep understanding of what creates a favorable customer shopping experience and the critical role associate engagement plays in service excellence. You will learn how store managers lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives, as well as how they develop action plans and communications for store associates. The experience includes training at multiple locations, such as retail stores, distribution centers, and division offices, culminating in a cumulative retail project that you will present to division leadership.
