Our security specialists play a critical role in communicating between the Asset Protection team and store leadership, fostering a collaborative relationship with community partners and emergency responders.
About the Role
We are seeking an independent, task-oriented individual who can build strong relationships throughout the store while keeping customer service top of mind. In this role, you will prioritize safety to create a positive shopping and working environment. You will analyze trends and data to implement strategies that maximize sales and minimize loss, while monitoring activity to prevent theft.
Your day will involve coordinating and managing Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) systems and responding to emergency situations by providing ongoing support and guidance to both employees and customers. You will also conduct investigations as directed by leadership, requiring sound judgment and the ability to manage conflict effectively under pressure.

Requirements
- verified1+ years full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field. Related experience in security and/or loss prevention. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or First Responder certification. Leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting.
