About the Role

We are seeking an independent, task-oriented Security Specialist to play a critical role in communicating between the Asset Protection team and store leadership. In this position, you will build strong relationships throughout the store while keeping customer service top of mind. Your primary focus is to prioritize safety to create a positive shopping and working environment, analyzing trends to maximize sales and minimize loss.

You will be the first line of defense in emergency situations, providing ongoing support and guidance to both employees and customers. The role involves monitoring activity to prevent loss, coordinating CCTV systems, and conducting investigations as directed by leadership. You will also foster collaborative relationships with community partners and emergency responders.
