As a Store Manager Trainee, you are stepping into a career path designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities. This role is more than just a job; it is the start of your journey to become a Store Manager.

You will wear many hats, learning every aspect of our operations from diagnosing and repairing equipment to guiding team members and ensuring a safe, clean environment for our guests.

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a clear path for advancement. The role is hourly during the training phase, with competitive pay and benefits available for full-time employees. Upon completion of training, the position transitions to a salary role. Additionally, there are quarterly bonus opportunities available.
