About the Role
The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing the complete operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, and leading human resources efforts. The Store Manager also directs all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for in excess of 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
