About the Role
As a Route Coverage Specialist, you are a key service professional integral to the success of our operations. This dynamic, fast-paced role is designed for proactive, agile individuals who enjoy variety. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
In this position, you will ensure our valued customers experience seamless service every time. You will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details to deliver top-tier service. Every day brings new routes and new experiences, ensuring no two days are alike. While you will work independently to manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety, you will also collaborate with Service, Production, Sales, and Office teams to support new account installations, assist with rerouting efforts, and strengthen customer relationships.
