Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Store Manager to lead operations across a diverse portfolio of artist and label stores. The position is designed for a self-starter who can submit innovative ideas and processes to help the company evolve its future e-commerce strategy.
The Role
As the E-Commerce Store Manager, you will be the guardian of the holistic wellbeing of our e-commerce ecosystem. Your day-to-day involves managing operations for up to 50+ client artist and label shops, ensuring best-in-class services are consistently delivered. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, executing daily product activations, launching new stores, and overseeing the timely receipt and fulfillment of all orders.
Beyond operations, you will ensure technical backend features are updated and functioning properly to optimize the customer experience and maximize revenue. This role requires a blend of merchandising expertise, logistical coordination, and data analysis to drive conversion and sessions. You will analyze sales reports to make strategic recommendations for frontend updates and collaborate closely with marketing, tech, and creative services to execute key campaign moments.
Work Environment & Culture
This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, with a duration of 6+ months and high potential for extension. The role demands a flexible mindset; you must be available to accommodate business needs outside standard operating hours, including being on call up to one weekend per month. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
