About the Role
The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing the complete operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by strategically controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and leading human resources efforts. The Store Manager also directs all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This position requires active engagement throughout the shift, including standing and walking for more than 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
