About the Role
The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing the complete operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by strategically controlling expenses and shrinkage, managing human resources, and directing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This position requires an active work environment. The Store Manager must be capable of standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
