About the Role
As a Manager at Dream Bean, you serve as the operational heartbeat of the store, reporting directly to Store Ownership. Your mission is to uphold our core values of Integrity, Love, Courage, and Humility while driving the "Amazings" philosophy: amazing people, serving amazing drinks, and amazingly fast service. You will lead a team of Assistant Managers and Baristas, fostering a culture of strong team spirit and accountability where every interaction contributes to customer loyalty and same-store sales growth.
Day in the Life
Your day is a dynamic blend of leadership, operations, and community engagement. You will direct the barista station workflow to ensure speed and consistency, striving for under 30-second window times and delivering over 60 "Smiles" per half-hour during peak hours. Beyond the front counter, you are responsible for the store's physical environment, ensuring both interior and exterior spaces are immaculate and welcoming.
You will manage the business side of the store through meticulous paperwork and financial oversight. This includes maintaining labor schedules, monitoring inventory and COGs, coordinating weekly harvest truck deliveries, and handling daily cash deposits. You will also drive growth by setting monthly sales and team goals, capturing receipts via Dext, and bringing marketing initiatives and growth opportunities to your monthly meeting with the Store Owner.
