The Course Materials Campus Lead serves as the administrator for a single in-store course materials department. This role is designed to support team member activities while providing hands-on technical and functional guidance to help accomplish financial and marketing objectives. You will be the bridge between the store, the faculty, and the students, ensuring the accurate and timely availability of course materials.
In this position, you will interface regularly with faculty, students, and publishers to handle issues related to adoptions, selection, and buybacks. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of Follett systems, the industry landscape, and competitive strategies to drive profitable sales and control expenses. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with store leadership to analyze trends, manage inventory, and create a "Hassle-Free" customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling.
