About the Role
This position is designed to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a specific focus on floor care. You will be the guardian of the store's presentation, ensuring that every area—from the sales floor and single queue to the backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms—meets our high standards for cleanliness and organization.
Your day will involve operating specialized equipment like scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Beyond the physical tasks, you will play a vital role in the store's culture by modeling our customer experience practices and embodying values of honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to support various areas of the store, responding to front-end coverage needs and participating in ongoing store recovery to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
