About the Role
This Part Time Store Associate position is essential to the success of our retail stores at Store 708236 in Las Vegas, NV. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. Your role is to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. This role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. As such, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
