This Part Time Store Associate role is based at Store 708112 in Las Vegas, NV. You will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in both English and Spanish.
You will be the face of the store, tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. Your day will involve resolving customer concerns promptly, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. You will build productive trust relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and ensure the store remains stocked and presentable.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
