About the Role
As a Retail Store Associate, you will be a pivotal member of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. Your role is designed to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Whether you are restocking shelves, slicing deli meat, receiving product, assisting with inquiries, or processing transactions, your interactions with our diverse customer base will drive sales and cultivate a sense of community and belonging.
This position offers the flexibility of open shifts (morning, day, or evening) that vary based on store needs. While the role is currently part-time, there are potential opportunities for full-time growth. You will work in a dynamic environment where you may collaborate with other departments to support storewide sales promotions and assist where business needs arise.
