About the Role

As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. You will be a key member of the team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Your interactions with our diverse customer base will drive sales and cultivate a sense of community and belonging.

Your day-to-day contributions will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, stocking shelves, slicing deli meat, receiving product, and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in prep areas, and minimizing shrinkage by resolving price discrepancies immediately. Whether you are working as a Cashier, Deli Clerk, Produce Clerk, or in another specialized capacity, you will collaborate with other departments to support storewide sales promotions and business needs.

Hiring Process

Candidates are invited to interview to discuss availability and shift preferences. We offer open schedules with shifts available in the morning, day, and evening, varying per store needs. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities.
