About the Role

As a Stocker or Warehouse Worker, you play a vital role in supporting store operations by ensuring that shelves are fully stocked, inventory is fresh, and the backroom is efficiently managed. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and organization that customers expect.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail and warehouse environment, where applicable, warehouse setting, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing pallets, and moving inventory to the sales floor. You will stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are faced and labeled correctly. A key part of your role is rotating inventory to guarantee product freshness and quality.
Beyond stocking, you will assist in organizing backroom inventory, labeling products, and maintaining overall store cleanliness and safety standards. Depending on the specific needs of the store, you may work early morning, overnight, or in backroom receiving roles. You will also be expected to follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Compensation
This position typically pays between $16 and $22 per hour, depending on the shift and location.
