About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our growing team. This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, earn bonuses, and have real opportunities for career growth. In this position, you will lead daily operations, drive revenue through customer attention and sales closing, and support customer retention. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, reviewing reports to identify improvement opportunities, and managing store standards including schedules and inventory.

Leadership and Culture

As a leader, you will supervise and develop a team of 3 to 5 employees, providing training, feedback, and accountability for performance. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive performance and growth. We seek a motivated, competitive, and success-oriented individual who can take difficult decisions and lead the team through changes and challenges. We value high levels of responsibility, where you own the results, both good and bad.

Application Process

We are currently hiring and speaking Spanish is a plus. Candidates with 2 to 3 years or more of leadership or administration experience, along with solid experience in sales or retail, are encouraged to apply. We provide training for those without prior industry experience in rent-to-own.
