As a Stocker or Warehouse Worker, you play a vital role in supporting our store operations by ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and fresh for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment, team-oriented setting where safety, cleanliness, and efficiency are top priorities.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a variety of tasks essential to keeping our store running smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, unloading trucks, and breaking down pallets. From there, you will move inventory to the sales floor, stockroom and backroom, organizing items for easy access. A key part of your role is stocking shelves and displays, rotating products, ensuring that all items are labeled correctly and rotated to maintain product freshness. You will also assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization standards, and may occasionally assist customers when needed.
Depending on store needs, shifts may include early morning, overnight, or backroom receiving roles. This position offers opportunities for growth, with potential advancement into Team Leader, Supervisor, or management roles.
