About the Role

Whole Foods Market is seeking dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse environment. As a Stocker or Warehouse Worker, you play a vital role in supporting store operations by ensuring that products are fresh, properly labeled, and readily available for our customers. You will be responsible for the physical aspects of inventory management, from receiving deliveries to maintaining the backroom and sales floor.

Day in the Life

Your day typically involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, and breaking down pallets to move inventory to the sales floor. You will stock shelves and displays, rotate products to ensure freshness, and organize backroom inventory. Attention to detail is key as you label products and maintain store cleanliness and organization standards. Depending on store needs, you may work early morning, overnight, or in backroom receiving roles. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you may assist customers when needed, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
