About the Role

Whole Foods Market is seeking dedicated to supporting store operations through dedicated Stockers and Warehouse Workers. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of product freshness, organization, and safety that define the Whole Foods experience. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in the daily flow of goods, ensuring that shelves are stocked, inventory is managed, and the store environment remains clean and welcoming for both employees and customers.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail and warehouse environment, warehouse setting, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing pallets, and moving inventory from the backroom to the sales floor. You will stock shelves and displays, carefully rotating products to ensure freshness and proper labeling. Additionally, you will assist customers when needed and maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.

Depending on store needs, shifts may include early morning, overnight, or backroom receiving, or standard day shifts. This flexibility allows the team to keep operations running smoothly around the clock.
