About the Role
The Stock Associate is the backbone of our store's operations, ensuring that merchandise flows seamlessly from the backroom to the selling floor. This role exists to maintain the high standards of organization and cleanliness that define our customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for new inventory, transforming shipments into floor-ready products that delight shoppers.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of physical activity and attention to detail. From unpacking and prepping merchandise to managing the stockroom's organization, you will keep the environment sparkling clean and efficient. You will work closely with peers and management to execute transfers, handle returns, and ensure the store is always ready for business. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to following company policies and procedures.
