We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our healthcare family. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions within the unit. Partnering with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a vital resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver care, assist with admission and discharge processes, and collaborate with subject matter experts to improve outcomes. A key part of your day involves providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement, as well as assisting with staff scheduling.
