As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions in the unit or department during your designated shift. This role is designed to support you with strong staffing, technology that streamlines patient monitoring and communication, robust supply chains, and ongoing clinical education, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
In collaboration with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies. You will serve as a resource person for staff, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values. Your day-to-day involves partnering with a multidisciplinary team to customize care delivery, assisting with admission and discharge processes, and working with subject matter experts to improve outcomes. You will also provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement, while assisting with scheduling to ensure optimal unit operations.
