About the Role
As an On-Site Camp Director for our seasonal summer STEM camps, you will serve as the operational leader responsible for overseeing all camp activities. This role is designed for energetic and responsible individuals who want to make a positive difference in the lives of children while gaining meaningful management experience. You will be the face of the camp, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment where campers can discover their passions.
Your day will involve supervising instructors and campers, leading daily staff meetings, and managing logistics such as schedules, inventory, and parent communications. You will be expected to arrive each day with an upbeat attitude, serving as a positive role model for both staff and students. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure the safe operation and instruction of all camp activities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verifiedMinimum age 25 years or older by summer
- verifiedExperience working with children in an educational role
- verifiedExperience and comfort with technology
- verifiedCPR certification and First Aid training required prior to start
- verifiedRequired clearances or ability to obtain them prior to start date
