About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Steel Erection Superintendent to oversee and manage our steel erection projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Superintendent, you will serve as the bridge between our field crews and project management, engineers, and other stakeholders.
In this position, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of steel erection crews, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide the team. A significant part of your day will involve maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing strict safety protocols and mentoring crew members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will monitor project progress closely, making necessary adjustments to meet goals while navigating the fast-paced nature of construction.
