About the Role
As a State Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will join a team that sets the standard in care by leading with empathy and doing what's right. You will work closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff to administer the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. This role is vital for ensuring the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts across assigned regions.
In this position, you will support the SRCO with validation activities, assist in research projects on various state regulatory topics, and help draft policies, procedures, and tools to support compliance efforts. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring our organization remains aligned with complex state statutes and regulations.
