About the Role
The State Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in administering the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Working closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff, you will support validation activities to ensure the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts. This position involves assisting with research projects on various state regulatory topics and helping to draft the policies, procedures, and tools that support related compliance activities.
In this role, you will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. You will also perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of legal and regulatory changes while fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.
