About the Role
As a State Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will join a team that sets the standard in care by leading with empathy and doing what's right. You will work closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff to administer the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. This role exists to ensure the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts through rigorous validation activities.
In this position, you will support the SRCO with research projects on various state regulatory topics and assist in drafting policies, procedures, and tools to support compliance activities. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, navigating state statutes and regulations to detect potential compliance issues and notify appropriate persons.
