About the Role

As a Health Services Scheduler, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, managing staff schedules, payroll, and productivity reports from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. This role exists to ensure seamless staffing continuity and accurate financial reporting for our community.

In this position, you will coordinate and reorganize schedules to meet immediate staffing needs, implement new procedures for contingent employees, and generate daily and monthly productivity reports. You will serve as a key communication point for current staff and applicants, handling inquiries regarding staffing and payroll issues via telephone, email, and written correspondence. Your work directly supports our mission by helping our team members thrive through flexibility and work-life balance.
