About the Role
As a Health Services Scheduler, you will be the operational backbone of our health services team, managing the intricate balance of staff schedules, payroll, and productivity. This role exists to ensure our community runs smoothly by coordinating and reorganizing schedules to meet immediate staffing needs and implementing new procedures for contingent employees. You will be the primary point of contact for staff and applicants, communicating clearly regarding staffing and payroll issues via telephone, email, and written correspondence. Your work directly impacts our team's efficiency by creating daily and monthly reports on staffing productivity and maintaining accurate open position reports.
